Use of hydrogen-containing dialysis solutions in dialysis patients has been shown to alleviate a variety of treatment-related symptoms. These include reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, stabilizing blood pressure, lowering reliance on hypotensive drugs, and reducing fatigue from treatment, among others. Taken together, these benefits help improve the overall quality of life of the dialysis patient. In a paper we published in cooperation with Tohoku University in January of 2018, patients on dialysis were shown to experience a 41% mortality and cerebrovascular disease reduction (*3) when treated with Electrolyzed Hydrogen Water Hemodialysis as opposed to standard dialysis. We released this report in the British journal Scientific Reports, which is part of the Nature Publishing Group, to help raise awareness and interest in the many benefits of electrolyzed water hemodialysis.
We are currently engaged in hospital management operations for the treatment of chronic diseases in China. This business aims to provide Japanese medical services for curing chronic diseases in China. Centering on a team of medical experts in Japanese diabetes care, we have linked up with Medical Excellence Japan (MEJ), major trade firms, and various corporations involved in health care to pursue this new treatment program in China. We are also receiving support from the Cabinet Secretariat's Headquarters for Healthcare Policy. In July 2018, our flagship hospital, Beijing HanKun Hospital, began accepting patients and is well on its way to achieving full-scale operation in the near future.
